Runar had me drop by the studio on short notice. Really short notice. It was 11:37 when he asked me to come by, and his show ends at noon. I made it for 11:45 and make my time count!
Skatafelag Akureyrar has it's own skate sharpener. Very fortunate. The team gets free sharpenings, which is great--the public pays 1000 kr. ($10) a shot, so I'm glad to not have to.
Josh also showed me how to sharpen skates, so if the recession continues, I will buy a used skate-sharpener, and go to work for cash-money! Three bucks a pair, people!
